Ozone Lamps
The
ozone lamp(a short-wave germicidal lamp) made of quartz glass transmits
UV rays at 185nm wave length that generates ozone, as well as
germicidal UV rays at 253.7nm. The ozone lamp is best used for
photomask and display cleaning, surface treating, air-disinfecting and
deodorizing purposes.
